Sky, blood, ground (field), 2025, oil, acrylic, pencil, collage on paper, 42x 86”

“We are all sky and blood and ground” is an immersive installation in progress. Landscape is positioned as a living witness to human history. Through painting, suspended architectural forms, and ambient sound, the work constructs an environment where beauty and havoc coexist. Fractured structures and fragile horizons hold both aftermath and continuation. The earth is a body that holds what is placed upon it. The installation draws attention to connections and breaks, inviting recognition of proximity and commonality.
